Hey I'm Tel Earthey

I started my coaching career at the Ahead of the Game Foundation Cancer Rehabilitation Centre, supporting people living with and beyond cancer to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and truly thrive. That experience shaped everything I do - coaching with passion, fun, empathy, and real human connection.

Now I run Earthey Coaching independently, continuing to support individuals mentally, emotionally, and physically. My approach is holistic and real. It’s not just about reps and sets - it’s about how you feel, how you move, and how you live.
I bring structure where it’s needed, encouragement when it’s tough, and calm reassurance when confidence feels low.

Whether you’re looking for 1-to-1 coaching, cancer rehabilitation, or support managing a medical condition, I’m here to guide you - safely, confidently, and with a bit of positive energy along the way.

Bit more about my life.

Outside of coaching…

I’m a healthy food chef who loves properly nourishing people - especially my family.
I spent years in kitchens from 18 to 34, while also chasing the dream of being a rockstar with my old band (Pavilions).

I’m also a website and creative designer who sees beauty in ideas at (Hot Peach Media).

I’ve lived a lot of different chapters - from starting my first little car washing business at 12, to almost joining the army, to running my own ventures: a healthy food café (Tel Island Food Bar), a vegan bakery (Earthey Bakes), and a holistic clothing brand (Good Feels).

I’ve also faced addiction - and that’s where everything changed.

That’s when I found myself.
Through running, training, yoga, reading, meditation, clean living, and focusing on the good - my life shifted.

I’m a big kid at heart.
I love music, skating, paddleboarding, camping, working out, laughing, and bringing energy into this crazy world.

Music runs through my bones - I grew up in a biker family surrounded by live music, always stood at the front, completely locked in.

My mornings usually start with meditation, a bit of red light, a black coffee and time in my little zen den filled with plants and crystals.

My mum is one of my biggest inspirations.
She’s been through more than most and never gave up - now raising money for Dogs for Good and becoming the first woman in a wheelchair to complete the 3 Peaks Challenge. She proves every day that no matter what you’re going through, you can take control and keep moving forward.

I’m now a proud stepdad to two amazing (and slightly crazy) kids, trying to teach them real values while keeping life fun,
and a dog dad to my boy Sunny 🐾

I have the most beautiful, caring and supportive fiancée Debbi my Peach, we came together through our own struggles and meet in my healthy food cafe and have been there to support and lift each other ever since. Having adventures and finding a balance in everything we do.

I genuinely believe sunshine, movement, and the right support can change lives.

This isn’t just exercise.
It’s about rediscovering your strength and resilience - and enjoying the journey while you’re at it.

Because life is mental…
It comes in layers and chapters - and whatever you’re going through, you’ve got to find a way to enjoy yourself.
